Ama is a freelance journalist best known for being fat, loud, and shouty on the internet. Ama is also the co-host of the podcast, High Low Brow. Their writing has regularly appeared in Refinery 29, the Toronto Star, The Walrus, THIS and Healthline. Ama currently lives in Toronto, Canada with her partner where they have been nicknamed the Director of Snacks. They find joy in reality television, drag shows, and loud prints. One of Ama's love languages is memes.
